At Dental Visits Centers for Cosmetic Dentistry, we are fully aware of the hectic demands on your time. In light of this, we have structured our office hours to enable you to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. If you have an after hours emergency, please telephone us at 212.697.0939 and leave a message. We will return your call as quickly as possible. An appointment is an agreement between you and our office. Our part calls for us to reserve doctor, staff, and office time for you. If you must re-schedule an appointment, please extend us the courtesy of 48 hours notice, since changes in appointments affect other patients as well as our staff. We regret that we must assess a charge for failed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
